Founded by Donyell Jelks back in 2000, we’re a professional, family owned and operated Property Preservation Services Company. JGCS is proud to offer our services to clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We provide services in Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, Securing, Winterization and Debis Removal. Great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals. We aim to not only meet your needs, but also exceed your expectations of what a dependable Property Preservation Service Company can be.

Proper lawn maintenance improves curb appeal and assures compliance with local ordinances.
LAWN MAINTENANCE
Whether a occupied or vacant property, it must be well-maintained so that it does not detract from the neighborhood. JGCS cuts grass, trims shrubs, edging, weed control and landscaping. All lawn maintenance is performed according to client instructions.
Snow removal is important to keep properties safe.
SNOW REMOVAL
JGCS maintains all walkways and driveways per our client's request and instruction, during the winter to assure safe access. The surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.
Protecting properties begins with the initial securing order.
SECURING
Once an inspection determines that a property is vacant, JGCS takes steps to protect it. JGCS will perform an inspection to identify damages and debris and conduct a lock change. Photos and written reports will be taken and submitted to the client.
Vacant properties are vulnerable to costly and serious damages from frozen and burst water lines.
WINTERIZATION
JGCS winterizes all plumbing fixtures, inside and outside a home, including sinks, toilets, and outdoor spigots. JGCS drains hot water tanks. Toilets are cleaned and flushed, and antifreeze is added to all winterized fixtures noting the date of winterization, providing contact information and advising that the fixtures cannot function without a proper de-winterization. All winterization services are supported with written and photo documentation and submitted to the client.
Debris removal reduces health and safety risks.
DEBRIS REMOVAL
Interior and exterior debris that creates a potential health, safety or infestation risk, or that may result in a code violation, is routinely removed from properties.
